We’ve enjoyed a 20-year partnership with Avis – one of the world's most well-known car rental brands, with around 5,500 locations in 165 countries, to deliver all kinds of event production services. And our collaboration has been truly global, including events in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East – adjusting to different timelines and requirements to suit each country.
Our journey together started back in 2000. From quarterly management meetings at Ascot Racecourse to hybrid events in Miami, Portugal, Dubai, and Reading, we've been there through it all.
Initially, all the events we produced were fully in-person until 2020 – but when the pandemic hit we needed to find more creative and innovative ways to help Avis connect with their audiences in an increasingly remote world.
The March 2020 global conference for 250 people in Buckinghamshire was our last fully live event before Covid-19 hit. That event was streamed and recorded to increase reach, setting the tone for the next couple of years. We then developed a way for Avis to connect with its global teams through hybrid and virtual formats, a setup that’s still enhancing their internal communications alongside live events.
Whether it’s the intimate setting of an in-person meeting or the broad reach of a virtual conference, our partnership with Avis shows our dedication to excellence and adaptability in event production. Whatever barriers are put in our way.
Today, we continue to move forward with fresh, impactful events that connect Avis with their global audience in truly meaningful ways.
